Purchasing

To place your first order with us, simply click on “Start Shopping”, which will take you to the Login page. Once logged in,  browse or search our catalogue for the product(s) you wish to purchase and click the "Add" button after selecting the quantity you require on the product page(s).

You can also click on the “Add to favorite list” if the item is something you will buy regularly.

Placing Your Order

When you have finished making your selection, click on the “View Basket” button on the top of the page below the Banner Ad in the shopping cart which will take you to the two easy steps of the check out.

1) Review of order: The “View Basket” page allows you to check the items you have order add or delete quantity of the items required, even go back to “Continue Shopping”. Once confirmed,
2) Process Order, where you have to choose and confirm the required fields in the form. And you’re done!

Registering

As a first time visitor to our web site, you will have to register your details with us (name, email address, mailing address, and contact phone number). The main need for registering is to allow you to shop with us, you won't have to spend time re-entering your details and to deliver the goods to your desired location. Once you have filled in the required details a Customer Support representative will call you to confirm and authenticate your details after which your username and password will be activated. The reason for the authentication process is to prevent from malicious usage of the website and to prevent form fake ordering.
